Doctor Bag

Hi again,

As promised, I would update the blog with the 'Deal of the Week'. Look below for the picture of the deal - this week, it features the Doctor Bag. What is it? It is a bag for Stampin' Up's Big Shot Machine. It's similar to the Cuttlebug that I own .. and it's very spacious for storing and transporting all your crafting needs.

Interested? Let me know! Also, the cardmaking class was a success this past weekend. Will be posting those pix up soon - thanks Karen for being our unofficial photog!

Boy-oh-boy

Greetings all!

Not sure if anyone comes to this blog .. seeing how the owner has been quite neglectful. I apologize but with the changes at work and getting sick, it never seems to free up any time for me to craft. Nonetheless, I still had a chance to host some classes during this new year. Can you believe it's already April?

So I'm actually going away for most of April which means, I'm definitely not going to be able to update this blog. But I promise that I will be better in May.

I've posted a new mini catalogue which is in effect between April 1 and June 30. The other big catalogue is also effective until June 30.

So here's the deal: if you order $50 or more of merchandise before April 26, 2009, I will give you free shipping (10% off). You can definitely group your order with friends - I don't care. Just email me what you'd like by that date at midnight, and I'll put in your order.

Just for those who have more on their crafting wish list, if you can build an order of at least $200, you will receive at least 1 free stamp set. Please refer to page 16 of the big catalogue.

Please, feel free to email me any questions. It might take me awhile to get back to you due to my limited access to internet. But I will try my best.

Take care!

Happy Belated .. New Year?

Hi everyone,

Sorry to neglecting this little blog for awhile - everything was happening all at once, and I wasn't able to do much crafting over the holidays. But I hope everyone had a great 2008, and now looking forward to an even better 2009!

Anyway, another catalogue season has finished ... which means = BRAND NEW 2009 SPRING/SUMMER CATALOGUE. Click to your right to see what goodies are in this book of fun!

Below is a card made by my friend Steph tonight. I think I converted her into a craft-doer - YAY! She wanted to make a card for her niece's first birthday, and on her first try of cardmaking, I think she did a wonderful job. She also tried embossing the inside of the card (not shown) using my Cuttlebug. I think that was her favourite part of the cardmaking session!

Project materials (all materials from Stampin' Up! unless specified): Cardstock in Whisper White, Pink Pirouette, Pacific Point; Cupcakes standard stamping wheel, On Your Birthday stamp set, Bundled In Love stamp set; Classic Stamp Cartridge in Basic Black, Marvy Uchida Brush Markers, StazOn Jet Black Ink Pad; Aqua Painter; generic fabric flower and brad

Lastly, I'm doing a Valentine's Day/Birthday card workshop this coming Sunday (January 25) and next Sunday (February 1st) for those who are interested. It will be of 5 cards (1 Valentine's Day and 4 Birthday) using stamp sets such as Tart & Tangy, Short & Sweet, and Happy Heart Day. There are a few spots left so let me know if you're interested!
