Sorry to neglecting this little blog for awhile - everything was happening all at once, and I wasn't able to do much crafting over the holidays. But I hope everyone had a great 2008, and now looking forward to an even better 2009!

Below is a card made by my friend Steph tonight. I think I converted her into a craft-doer - YAY! She wanted to make a card for her niece's first birthday, and on her first try of cardmaking, I think she did a wonderful job. She also tried embossing the inside of the card (not shown) using my Cuttlebug. I think that was her favourite part of the cardmaking session!

Lastly, I'm doing a Valentine's Day/Birthday card workshop this coming Sunday (January 25) and next Sunday (February 1st) for those who are interested. It will be of 5 cards (1 Valentine's Day and 4 Birthday) using stamp sets such as Tart & Tangy, Short & Sweet, and Happy Heart Day. There are a few spots left so let me know if you're interested!
